Under the agreement that reached a campus anti-Semitism agreement between President Donald Trump and Columbia University, Ivy League schools will pay a $200 million fine to regain future federal qualifications.
The July 23 settlement follows months of debate between the two countries after Trump freezes $400 million in federal grants to schools and accused its leaders of failing to deal with the harassment of Jewish students and campus turmoil.
