Exclusive: A vegan fantasy epic directed by a Chinese director revival It has been widely sold at Les Films du Losange after its world premiere at the Cannes competition on May 22nd.
The film is for sale to Plyon photos from Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Muffer films, Spanish films, Portuguese Leopard films, Greek odd waves, Polish New Horizon, Korean Green Narae Media, former Yugoslavia’s Kino Pavasaris, McF. Negotiations are underway in the US, Japan, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand.
The late entry into this year’s competition lineup and one of the last films before screening before closing Saturday stars Jackson Yi and Shuich, a story of a world where humanity loses the ability to dream to choose to rebel by living in a dream world.
The film centers around a woman who pursues monster creatures in this dream world and reveals the truth hidden inside.
It is produced by Chinese Huace Pictures and Dangmai Films along with French CG Cinema.
