WASHINGTON – President Wiese J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have filed a distinctive lawsuit over President Donald Trump’s populist playbook on trade, repurposed industries and more.

Rubio, who now holds other posts in the administration, said manufacturing losses over the past few decades have weakened US national security and left them vulnerable to supply chains managed by China and other enemies.
