“The indictment is less justified than the original charges,” said Ramonica McQuiver, a Democrat from Newark, New Jersey.

A New Jersey DOJ lawyer says her office by the Federal Jury to pursue a charge against New Jersey Sen. Ramonica McQuiver (DN.J.) of her illegal activities during a legal protest in front of a detention center in New Jersey, New Jersey, on May 9, will act on a decision by the Federal Jury.

“Today’s decision by the big ju judge is the next step in the process where my office is just over,” New Jersey District U.S. attorney Alina Haba said in a statement posted on X on Tuesday.
