Without a federally supported market and stockpile of strategic preparations, the US will continue to rely on China for critical minerals and rare earth refining, experts have revealed during a two-hour testimony on June 24 that the world economy and public defense are the whims of the Chinese Communist Party.

Even rapid deregulation, permitting reforms, and rapid recycling ramp-ups, they warned that domestic manufacturing from the supply chain that China has been building strategically for decades requires years of government support.
