What happened to one of the ju judges during the deliberations?

According to CNN, in a memo sent to the judge immediately after 12:30pm on June 30, “There is a ju umpire “ju umpire” and “ju umpire 25.” In response, the judge said, “I have received your memo. I will remind you of the obligations that all ju apprentices will deliberate and that they will follow my instructions regarding the law. Please continue deliberation with that direction in mind.”
