Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem said on July 12 that five Republican-led states were discussing plans to build detention sites within the borders similar to Florida’s “Wannial Catraz.”

Noem held a press conference in Tampa, Florida on Saturday to discuss illegal immigrants who were recently arrested by the Department of Homeland Security and were deported via the sunlight.
