President Donald Trump threatened to impose 100% secondary tariffs on Russian goods if Moscow does not agree to a contract to resolve the Ukrainian conflict within the next 50 days.

“I’m disappointed with (Russian President Vladimir Putin) because I thought I was in a deal two months ago, but it doesn’t seem to have arrived there,” Trump said he hosted NATO Secretary-General Mark Latte at the White House on July 14th.
