Judge Dismisses Trump’s Lawsuit Over Bob Woodward Interview Tapes

A federal judge in New York has rejected complaints filed against journalist Bob Woodward, publisher Simon & Schuster and then parent Paramount Global about the use of tape interviews in audiobook products produced by Woodward.

On July 18, US District Judge Paul Gardeff, for the Southern District of New York, granted the defendant a motion to dismiss the lawsuit Trump brought against them.
