Judge Rules Trump Admin Broke Law, Orders Restoring of Public Funding Tracking Database

A federal judge on Monday opposed the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and said he violated federal law by removing the public funding tracker website.

In a 60-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan wrote that the public database operated by OMB should be restored, and that the directive that violated the law violated the law as Congress passed the law mandated that the OMB publicly must make decisions within two business days.
