Ray Winstone to receive honorary award at Sarajevo Film Festival

Ray Winstone is awarded the honorable heart of the Sarajevo Award at 31st Sarajevo Film Festival.

“(Winstone) is an actor who has captivated his audience with great talent and undeniable presence for 50 years,” said festival director Jovan Marjanovic. “With integrity and strength that resonates well beyond the screen, he has given us many unforgettable characters.”

“The Sarajevo Film Festival continues to defend cinemas that transcend spectacle and provide depth and meaning,” Winstone said.
