DHS Says Boycotts Targeting Israel Will Still Result in FEMA Cuts, Carveouts for Sanctuary Cities Remain

The Department of Homeland Security has changed documents that may have explicitly refused disaster relief to states, cities and small recipients of boycotts targeting Israel.

We no longer define what we call “discriminatory ban boycotts” as targeting Israeli companies and businesses operating in Israel. However, the updated Terms of Use claims funds to those engaged in discriminatory, prohibited boycotts, but did not define the term.
