David Ellison has announced the new Paramount Leadership Team in the wake of the US government’s approval of Skydance Media ParamPalam Global Merger, which is scheduled to end this week.
Chair and CEO David Ellison and president Jeff Shell will host three segments where former Netflix vice president of the original content, sister CEO and recent Skydance Advisor Cindy Holland lead the streaming business. Studios directed by Josh Greenstein and Dana Goldberg. George Cheek is in charge of television media.
Greenstein became co-chair of Paramount Pictures, vice-chair of the platform, and vice-chair of the platform, along with Goldberg, former chief creative officer of Skydance, co-chair of Paramount Pictures and chairman of Paramount Television.
The new chairman of Television Media Cheek, who recently operated as Paramount Global Co-CEO, oversaw the CBS network, at the heart of a $16 million settlement in the $200 billion lawsuit filed by US President Donald Trump, which Hollywood insiders deemed sweet to push Mersier forward.
The network has also announced that it will cancel its late-night talk show Late Show In May 2026, comedian Stephen Colbert held it head-on.
C-Suite concludes with Andy Gordon, as chief strategy officer and chief operating officer, former partner of Redbird Capital Partners, Skydance Media’s partner for the $8 billion merger. Stephanie Kyoko MacKinnon as General Counsel and Deputy Chief Justice. Jim Sturner as Chief People Officer. Melissas Carman in the role of Chief Communication Officer.
Andrew Warren will continue as interim CFO. Paramount’s streaming director Tom Ryan is set out after a transitional period in which he works with the Netherlands. Ryan oversaw the ad-supported Pltune TV release in 2014. Former Paramount Global Co-CEO Chris McCarthy previously announced he was leaving.

In addition to Paramount Pictures, Paramount Television and CBS, Paramount stable brands include Paramount+, Pluto TV, Nickelodeon, and MTV.
The merger is scheduled to end on August 7th.
