A California Democrat proposed a map of the redrawn country’s congressional assembly on Friday that will be held in November’s vote amid rezoning the fight against Texas.
The proposed Congress map is expected to give Democrats five additional seats to five U.S. House seats in the 2026 election, with Democrats saying it is a response to a Texas Republican rezoning plan.
