Judge Expands Texas AG’s Restraining Order Over Texas Democrats’ Fundraising

A judge on Saturday determined that he would expand the restraining order against former House Rep. Robert Francis O’Rourke (D-Texas) and his political organisations.

In the order, Judge Megan Fahey wrote that O’Rourke, the presidential candidate in the 2020 election, cannot send money from Texas. She supported Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Paxton was after he tried to remove the Charter of Powered, an organization led by O’Rourke.
