Capcom offers a chart detailing the maximum number of monsters and rewards you can find in Wilds, making it easy to know if you’re in a modified quest. Developers also say there are “additional measures” planned in future updates. After all, the last thing you want is to become part of a mistakenly hacked quest, get rewarded and prohibit fraud before you realize what happened.
Capcom adds that it cannot individually determine whether the quest has been changed or not, and cannot support issues that arise due to data manipulation. Capcom is working on an extra way to separate unsuspecting players from being involved with scammers, but the team has some advice. If you think you are in a quest where data has been changed, please quit immediately and restart the game. AutoSave is only enabled when the quest results screen appears. This allows you to get boosted rewards and avoid getting into trouble.
