The UFC 309 card has been announced. John Jones and Stipe Miocic have been set for the heavyweight title match in New York. The rematch between Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira is the highlight of the undercard.
UFC 309: Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic
John Jones will compete for the first defense of the incontroversial heavyweight title in New York later this year, playing a schedule matchup with Stipe Miocic.
The current heavyweight champion was supposed to fight MIOCIC at UFC 295, but Jones suffered a nasty chest injury in 2023, tearing muscles from his bones, preventing the Americans from fighting again last year.
Now looking for him to return to the Octagon, John Bones Jones will take on the Myosic in a battle fans have been anticipating for over a year.

His fight with Miocic was always visible on the cards, but many fans were disappointed with Dana White and Jones.
Manchester native Aspinel has rapidly increased his UFC ranks and claims himself as one of the most frightening pounds for MMA pound fighters.
If Jones wins in New York in November, it appears he will face aspinol or choose to retire.
UFC 309: Michael Chandler vs Charles Oliveira
Michael Chandler’s fight with Conor McGregor was postponed earlier this year after “infamous” received a toe injury on his way back to the Octagon.
Many fans have been hoping that McGregor and Chandler will head to their heads later this year, but that fight has been postponed indefinitely with Chandler, who faces Charles Oliveira as the “co-main event” of UFC 309.
The last time they faced the UFC, Oliveira knocked out Chandler in a lightweight title match, and the Brazilian claimed his first belt in his career.

Oliveira defended the title against Dustin Poirier, but later lost his belt to Islamic Makhachev, who won the title after being submitted at UFC 280.
Currently, there is no belt in the line for Oliveira and Chandler’s rematch, but the latter wants to get revenge for the last time when he is brutally knocked out.
