Like all competitive FPS games, Valorant has several different ways to measure ranking progress and overall ratings of each other. Each player has an overall rank of value, but each ACT also has a dedicated “ACT rank.” In addition, there is a concept called “rank evaluation” that is connected to the MMR. Valorant Act Rank
Your rank overall (and accurately) reflects your skills and abilities, but you will earn a different ACT rank when you play with each act. Your ACT rank is officially the highest ranked victory, and Riot likes to call you “proven skills.”
There is a hollow triangle badge to fill during the act, with miniature colored triangles slotted when you play. The top triangle (highest rank victory) defines the ACT rank regardless of the number of colors in the ranked color that the badge is filled.
This also controls the rewards received at the end of the act. Even if you spend most of your time with money, if you win Diamond 1, you will receive a diamond reward. ACT ranks are reset between ranks, but previous MMRs are considered when playing subsequent ACT placement matches.
Barolant Rank Distribution
In competitive shooters, rank distribution is important, and Valorant is no exception. Riot itself traces information about this back to Episode 3 Act 1. The studio said it is concerned that there are too many lower-ranking people to reach the higher ranks.
The current Valorant rank distribution for V25 Act 3 is as follows:
- iron: 5.72%
- bronze: 17.03%
- silver: 22.13%
- gold: 21.52%
- platinum: 15.86%
- diamond: 10.10%
- Ascendant: 6.04%
- immortal: 1.60%
- radiation: 0.01%

Placement and Limitations of Valorant Trunks
Since Episode 4 Act 1 Act, you need at least 20 account levels to earn ranks in Valorant’s competitive mode. Once you press that threshold, you can engage in ranked plays. At the start of every episode, you will need to play five placement matches, but for all ACTs 2 and 3 in the episode, you will only play one placement match.
Valorant is a game that seeks to promote competitive play between teams, but Riot tries to be generous by allowing friends to play against each other, even with rank disparities. When it comes to hanging out with friends, there are a few rules to keep in mind.
- Groups of four are not permitted to prevent solo players from being selected.
- Two or three groups must remain within the rank disparity requirements.
- There is no limit to a group of five, but depending on the rank of five stacks, it affects the profit and loss of the rank valuation.
Regarding rank disparities, there are only restrictions for groups of two or three players. If the lowest person on a team is iron or bronze, the best person will not be higher than silver (any layer). If the lowest is silver, the best may not be higher than gold (any layer). If gold is the lowest, platinum is the best – again, tia.
If the lowest rank in a team is Platinum, Ascendant, Immortal, or Radiation, the best player can be one level or higher. So if the lowest is Platinum 2, the highest is Diamond 2. For more information about this, you can visit the official Valorant Competitive FAQ.
