The Cincinnati Bengals are notoriously infamous for the weeks of the season’s opening week, but this year they are starting their campaign much easier. 2025/26 For the Bengals schedule, please see here.

The Bengals have one of the worst records in the league over the first two weeks of the season since franchise quarterback Joe Burrow was drafted in 2020.

Since Burrow joined the Bengals, his team has a 1-9 record until the first two weeks of the season, but this always seems to start with the wrong foot.

Key points from the 2025 season release

Bengals fans quickly realized the lack of primetime games again this season.

Of their four primetime games, the Bengals have been on the road three times. The only primetime game on PaycorStadium will face the Pittsburgh Steelers in week 7.

In other primetime games, Cincinnati watches a trip to Miami, Denver and most importantly Baltimore. Lamar Jackson’s split matchup with the Ravens will challenge Thanksgiving this year in another short week for the Bengals.

The start of the season may differ for Joe Barrow, who is in his sixth year in the league this year, making it easier to make an appearance at home on the roads of Cleveland and against the new look of Jacksonville.

The most difficult part of the Cincinnati schedule is definitely the 13-15 week period when we faced the Ravens, who were caught twice on a trip to Buffalo in December.
