Black Ops 6 Already, Call of Duty fans have a rather versatile and dynamic movement option thanks to its Omnimovement system. This is a far cry from the more fundamental and static games of recent years. However, we may soon see Tara sneak even more towards the advanced movement mechanics we saw in some of the more futuristic titles of the 2010s. Dataminer takes a tunnel deep inside Black Ops 6 and discovers that the wall running is hidden in the game. COD 2025.
Now we’re officially unaware of the identity of this year’s new Call of Duty game, but all the signs (and leaks) point to the sequel to 2012’s Black Ops 2. Drumrollolloll please 2025, one of my favorite FPS games of the 1980s, fell narratively between the 1980s and the afterstick setting afterwards. Well, that’s what the leaker is saying. The BO2 had no wild movement mechanism and had boots firmly stacked from the ground, but was made by its successor, Black Ops 3 (set about 40 years later in the 2060s). Specifically, there were walls running. If the sequel to this rumoured BO2 is set at some point between BO2’s 2025 and the more distant future of BO3, then such a feature could arrive without requiring too much narrative exchange.
It’s one of the widely-loved mechanics that have defended over the years that have been advocating for the last time, and it’s a great addition to the Black Ops 3 of that time and I’d like to enter the next cod.
The IT footage shared in “Viipeter” running on Black Ops 6 shows the walls of players running across various surfaces of the SCUD multiplayer map.
BO7 confirmation has been confirmed
There is a wall running on the BO6. It is currently unknown whether the glitch was able to enter through BO3 remains from BO3, or whether it remains from BO7 in the BO6 file. @charlieintel @modernwarzone @dexerto pic.twitter.com/0fj0guieh– Peter (@viipeter_) May 19, 2025
Many months ago, notable Tara’s leaking “The Ghostofhope” can cover quite a long distance while the new game of the year runs through the walls in the “more realistic” version we had in Black Ops 3, and in BO3, it can cover quite a long distance while the walls are running, boosting jumps between different surfaces. In this version found in Black Ops 6, things still look quite dynamic, but the wall running arc is a bit shorter and it appears to be closer to the ground if there is no boost jump. So it line up with the leaker’s previous claims.
How exactly this is implemented (and more importantly, if In the next cod, of course, it is not officially known, so don’t make this a 100% check of wall travel. However, it is alongside past leaks, and given the rumoured environment, it could be a plausible addition to existing omni-movement systems. This could be the remaining assets from the COD that was just discovered. Or it was added to some kind of experimental limited time mode in the future for Black Ops 6. We are not sure yet. However, the answer should come in the next few months.
This year’s new Call of Duty should be revealed at some point in the summer, but there will be a Black Ops 6 Season 4 release date that will arrive next week in your nearest future. Or, while you wait, here are other excellent multiplayer games we recommend.
