Celebrating Noche En Blanco, held on May 10th from 8pm to 1am, Malaga’s 16th year will transform the city with 150 free cultural activities at 81 venues, celebrating the 25th anniversary of local artist Rafael Pérez Estrada’s pass.

Touted by the Fundación Unicaja and Cervezas Victoria, the event displays the legacy of Perestrada’s surrealism through immersive installations such as the “Inmersión Pérezestradiana” and the Multisensory Exhibition.

The shop is open most nights so that museums and galleries invite people from the Costa del Sol to enjoy the evening. The program includes 43 art and museum exhibitions, 13 performing arts shows, 38 music and dance performances, 8 street art displays, 11 audiovisual presentations, 16 kids activities at 16 kids embracing, and three additional surprise elements.

Visits to 14 special memorials and extended museum opening hours make the most of your experience. Most notably, the Plaza de la Consuchon’s “Seduction and Blessings” and piano recitals by students at the Cathedral’s Patio de la Cadenas conservatory.

This year’s event will focus on accessibility, incorporating mobility, visual and hearing impairment symbols, QR codes for adaptation programs, and sign language itineraries. Disabled artists like visually impaired storyteller Isabella Mendes stand out at Nochesita en Blanco. Mayor Paco de la Torre called it “an epic way to embrace Malaga culture,” and there were several activities that required pre-registration at Lanocheenblancomalaga.com.
