A federal court of appeals on September 10 prevented the Trump administration from removing copyright, which attempted to remove the latest copyright officers from many rulings that questioned the president’s authority to fire government officials.
Earlier this year, the White House removed from her position Silla Permatter, director of the U.S. Copyright Office, who was housed in the Library of Congress and registers copyright claims.
