Appeals Court Declines to Lift Restrictions on Associated Press Access to White House

The July 22nd Court of Appeals rejected the latest attempt by the Associated Press to lift restrictions on the Trump administration that prohibits journalists from accessing certain areas of the White House.

In a one-page order, the Court of Appeals for 11 Active Judges in the District of Columbia rejected the press’s request for the EN BANC Review on its previous June 6 decision by the three-person review board.
