At least one arsonist forced police to knock Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s home at 2am, forcing him and his family to avoid death and injuries.
“Around 2am last night, my family and I woke up in front of the door from Pennsylvania Police after the arsonist set the fire on the Governor’s residence in Harrisburg,” Shapiro said. I said x.
“Thank God that no one was injured and the fire went out,” he added. He praised law enforcement and first responders for protecting the community. “Last night they did that for our family, and Lori and I will forever thank them for keeping us safe.”

Pennsylvania State Police have been released statement It is an investigation underway, but “at this point we were prepared to say that this was an act of arson.” They said the fire had gone out well. However, they added that “it caused considerable damage to some of the residence.”
Police officers explained that the governor and his family were found in “various parts of the settlement. They were safely evacuated and not injured.”
State police provide rewards for tips from citizens
State police have posted rewards of up to $10,000 for tips leading to arrest and convictions of those responsible for the arson attack.
“No additional information will be made public at this time,” the statement adds. “But this is a rapidly moving investigation and details will be provided as needed.”
