China monopolizes more than 80% of the important raw battery minerals used in US military equipment, poses a serious national security threat, new research finds.

Brute Force Economics in Beijing will utilize many non-market practices, including price manipulation, export dumping, intellectual property theft, and build the dominant supply chain of batteries essential to cars, mobile phones and US military drones, according to a July 21 report from the Foundation of Democracies (FDD), Washtton Based Tank.
