Leonin Studios in Germany will be awarded the European Distributor of the Year Award at Exhibitor Convention Cineeurope 2025.
The award will be announced at the Cineeurope Awards Ceremony held in Barcelona, Spain on June 19th.
Leonine Studios’ theatrical release includes US titles to German franchises and international art house films.
In 2024, Leonin co-produced and distributed it Magical Animal School 3the highest German film that was accepted.
2024 marked the fifth consecutive year in which a film produced, co-produced or distributed by Leonin was grossing national box office in German titles.
Includes other releases from last year Change the zone of interest, Weisser Mann and Beekeeper. Leonin is part of the Media One Group.
