The CPB said it took steps to allow board members to continue posting despite the ruling.
A federal court on Sunday rejected a company’s request for Public Broadcasting (CPB) to prevent the Trump administration from removing three members of the board.
CPB is a non-commercial distribution fund to over 1,600 public television and radio stations, including PBS and NPR. On April 28th, White House Trent Morse informed three CPB board members (Laura Ross, Thomas Rossmann and Diane Capran) that they had been removed from their positions.
