Bungie apologised for that missing information Destiny 2 Fate Patch’s Edge pointed out, and promised to try and uncover these details as soon as possible. Players report many changes that need to be addressed in the game. This had to be speculated because there was no official confirmation. There is no exact time slot for Bungie to send out information yet, but the team at least ensures that they will not intentionally bring “stealthnerf” to the game.
On Tuesday, July 15th, Bungie released the Destiny 2 Update 9.0.0.1 Patch Notes. These are some of the biggest things the studio has ever revealed, covering edges such as expansions of fate, new portal features, seasonal hubs and gear changes. One of the best FPS games on PC has been completely changed and the patch notes should fully reflect that.
That said, players have noticed that the notes don’t fully show some of the biggest changes to the free Steam game. That’s why the community is creating a list of game differences, especially around the Warlock Destiny 2 class. So, Principal Communications Manager Dylan ‘DMG 04’ Gafner is working on the missing patch notes and outlines what Bungie is planning.
“In the past few days, the team has reviewed changes to player reports and audits to identify gaps in patch notes articles, and we want to provide details as soon as possible about missed notes.
“I said that before, but I’m not planning on shipping ‘stealthnerfs’ to Destiny 2. I understand that this happened a few times ago too. And some of our processes are supposed to show that improvements are needed. If we thought we could slide something under the rug without the player realizing it, we would totally get out of our hearts. We have and we wanted all the bullets to be buttons, but we fully admit that we missed some big ones here.
“When we come out exactly, I don’t have a specific timeline yet. Warlock changes are big, but they’re even more straightened. The exotic ammunition backpack changes weren’t detailed enough either.
From what I’m watching online, the Edge of Destiny and Systematic Change in Destiny 2 split the community. For example, some people find the portal to be extremely messy, but I’m grateful for how they divide PVE and PVP activities. Even if the latest expansions allow the game to become a nightmare to navigate from time to time, I think it’s now an ideal time to dive in. If you want to dive right now, we have the cheapest deals for the edge of fate that you can find online.
If you’re thinking about going back to the game with Fateful Edge, there are all the best Destiny 2 settings and Destiny 2 systems requirements to make sure your rig is right for your task.
