DOJ Finds UCLA Violated Civil Rights Law

The Justice Department said on July 29 that the University of California, Los Angeles, violated civil rights laws by failing to address anti-Semitism on campus.

Specifically, UCLA violated the 14th Amendment to the Civil Rights Act and the Equal Protection Clause in Title VI “by acting with intentional indifference in creating hostile educational environments for Jewish and Israeli students.”
