EU Trade Ministers Meet in Brussels After US Announces 30 Percent Tariff

The European Trade Minister gathered in Brussels on Monday to discuss transatlantic trade relations after the US announced plans to impose a 30% tariff on imports from the European Union.
The European Trade Commission, arriving at the Trade Council’s Foreign Affairs Council, said tariffs at this level would significantly disrupt trade flows between the US and the EU.
