FBI Director Kash Patel praised Australia as a critical ally as the bureau expands its battle against the influence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in New Zealand.

“We are expanding our global operations to tackle some of the most serious threats to our American homeland: foreign impacts, cyberattacks, CCP spies, drug counters,” he said in an August 3rd post on X.
