Federal judge on January 31st Denied Minnesota’s emergency request The move is to stop the Trump administration from sending thousands of federal agents to the Twin Cities in a massive immigration enforcement operation.

in her judgment On Saturday morning, U.S. District Judge Katherine Menendez wrote, “The court must consider the plaintiff’s claims through the lens of the specific legal framework invoked by the plaintiff and, having done so, finds that the plaintiff has not met its burden…The motion is dismissed.”
