If you are using free vpnit may not be as legal as you would like. Aside from the risk of not being as private as a VPN, or the risk of mining your personal details, we found that some free VPNs could leep from reputable providers. Not ideal…

This was discovered by VPN provider Windscribe, which was recently posted on X.

“Jet VPN uses it Ours Disrupt the server to host the VPN. Absolutely shameless. No one hears about them, but they didn’t appear anywhere on the top 10 free apps in the Play Store. ”

Free VPNs may seem pretty good, but none of the best VPN providers offer anything along the same line beyond the free exam. It was It took me a few days to warn it and act on it. Also, it wasn’t a lot of use. This means that it didn’t trigger the main flag. ”

In short, someone has created an app that uses a single account to provide free access via Windscribe’s VPN server. The cheapest Windscribe plan works for $5.75 a month, so the publisher of the Dodgy VPN app was either banking advertising revenue or planning to steal information from users.
