Global Constellation, the international sales and financing arm of Pan-European Vruta Group, stems from the acquisition of Fabien Westerhof’s UK-based distributor film Constellation, announced this week. Film Constellation’s business is integrated with Global Screen, an international selling outfit based in Germany, part of Vuelta’s sales company, Playtime Group.
