On November 9, the US military attacked two drug-trafficking ships in the Eastern Pacific Ocean as part of ongoing US military operations along the coasts of Central and South America.

“Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, two lethal kinetic attacks were conducted against two vessels operated by designated terrorist organizations,” Army Secretary Pete Hegseth said in a Nov. 10 X post announcing the latest U.S. attacks.
