Rep. Pat Harrigan (RN.C.) has introduced new laws that require strict prison conditions for those responsible for espionage in America’s top enemies: China, Iran, North Korea and Russia.
Harrigan, who works for the House of Representatives’ Armed Services, Science and Space Technology Committee, introduced the Foreign Hostile Federal Crimes (FAFO) Act (HR 4081).
