House Republicans to Introduce Voting Reform Bill With Voter ID, Proof of Citizenship Rules

House Republicans announced on January 29 that they plan to introduce a comprehensive election reform bill that would establish voting requirements such as photo ID and citizenship.

Rep. Brian Still (R-Wis.), chairman of the House Administration Committee, said the Make Elections Great Again (MEGA) Act is aimed at preventing election fraud and will be introduced during preliminary consideration in the House on January 30th.
