U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana) told the British Parliament in London on January 20 that the United States is focused on countering security threats from China and Russia, particularly in strategic regions such as the Arctic.
Mr Johnson made the speech during a visit to the British capital to commemorate the 250th anniversary of American independence, becoming the first US Speaker of the House of Commons to address Congress.
