The world is at a dangerous crossroads. The Islamic Republic is the Republic of Iran, a sponsor of terrorism, the Globe’s leading expert, and is on the verge of acquiring nuclear weapons.

This is not a far-fetched threat. It is a clear and immediate danger, especially for the Jewish national homeland, which is Israel. In the face of escalating aggression and longstanding, openly declared genocide intentions, Israel began to act decisively to ensure that the regime had no means to carry out its deadly and destructive ambitions.

For a long time, Iran has been operating with almost no liability as an engine of global fear. It built and maintained a vast net of proxy militias and terrorist organizations, including Hezbollah, Hamas, the Housis and Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria. With funding, arms and strategic direction from Tehran, these groups own the disruption in the Middle East and beyond, including Europe.

Their targets include civilians, embassies, oil infrastructure, commercial transport and international peacekeeping forces.

Regime violence is not random. This is part of a consistent ideological campaign to reconstruct the region and ultimately the world through threats, instability and exports of radical revolutionary ideologies that openly seek threats, instability and Western downfall.

Leaders of the Islamic Republic have repeatedly declared their desire to wipe Israel off the map. They don’t hide their intentions. They amplify them and chant “Death to Israel”, “Death to America”, “Death to England” for official gatherings, school curriculum and in state media.

Now imagine that such a regime with that genocide rhetoric and extremist ideology is possessing nuclear weapons.

This is not just an Israeli concern. It’s global.

Israel takes action out of responsibility

Nuclearly armed Iran creates a regional arms race, burning powerful national sponsors behind them and terrorist organisations with nuclear umbrellas on top of them, radically destabilizing international security.

Israel understands the cost of inaction in the face of existential threats than any other country. It is a country born from the ashes of genocide and has a strict obligation to ensure that such fears will never be repeated.

The danger is not theoretical when Iran competes for the bomb, seeking to destroy Israel. It is a potential second Holocaust.

This is why Israel is taking action. Not reckless, but responsibility. Rather than escalating conflict, it is to prevent catastrophe and massive bloodshed and destruction.

Israel’s response to Iran’s attacks is rooted in the most fundamental principles of all sovereign states: rights and obligations to self-defense.

Some international communities may encourage restraint and neutrality, but this is not a time of moral equivalence or diplomatic hesitation. This is the time to become clear. When the administration declares its intention to commit genocide, the world must believe it and act accordingly.

Those who are silent in the face of Iran’s threat are not neutral. They are complicity.

Those who accuse Israel of ignoring Iran’s decades of provocation, who abandon a sense of moral consistency and seek restraint without addressing the root cause, Tehran’s ruthless march to the ideology and nuclear capabilities of hatred, and the inevitable march that does not hinder it and slows down the inevitable.

For those who value freedom, democracy, and the holiness of human life, choices must be clear. Standing with Israel is at the forefront of the global battle between civilization and wildbarism, between the rule of law and the rule of terror.

The future of the international community as a whole

It’s not just the future of Israel. Nuclear Iran threatens Arab neighbours, Western interests to the region, European cities within missile range, and the world economy.

The battles currently being fought are not limited to the Middle East. The results will shape the future security of the international community as a whole.

Israel does not seek war. But we cannot wait for another October 7th, or much worse, to justify that defense. It works because history demands it, and because the consequences of inaction are too heavy to ignore.

Let’s be clear. Stopping Iran’s nuclear ambitions is not a gift for Israel. It is a service to humanity. All countries that value peace, justice and the security of future generations are betting on this effort.

We call for responsible governments, human rights defenders and civilians to openly sought its disappearance and support Israel’s right to protect itself from a regime that has the capacity to launch nuclear missiles into the European capital.

Condemning terrorism, stopping nuclear spread, and protecting innocent lives should not be a controversial position. They must be moral obligations.

In the face of evil, neutrality is not a virtue. That is betrayal. This is not a time of silence. This is the time to stand with Israel as we fight for all of us.
