Kathy GriffinBorn on November 4th, 1960, Kathleen Mary Griffin is an American comedian and actress known for her keen and brutal observations in the world of politics and popular culture. Cathy gained fame through stand-up and improvisational comedy, and earned education in both with the legendary Los Angeles The Ground Ring. After completing her training, Cathy continued to build a successful career and earned many well-known TV credits.
Kathy was widely known for her stand-up, but she won several dramatic roles in series such as Law and Order: Special Victim Units. In the early 2010s, Kathy became an outspoken political activist and after the election Donald Trump, He became a stubborn critic of his presidency. Cathy continued to write many books and won a Grammy Award for best comedy album. Although debatable, she remains a mainstay within the comedy world.
