Khalil Rountree Jr. earned his first shot in the light heavyweight title this weekend ahead of his clash with Alex Pereira.

What is Khalil Rountree’s secret move?

There’s no doubt that Khalil Rountree will need to pull out all the stops this weekend when he plays Alex Pereira in UFC 307, but according to “The War Horse,” he’s ready.

Rountree appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast before the title match, revealing that he had never seen before moving that he was ready to unfold in “Poatan.”

“I was talking to Joe (Rogan) and I told him, yeah, I had plans to do this in the next fight. At the time I didn’t know I was going to fight Alex.

“It was like I didn’t know when I was going to fight. I don’t know who I’d fight next. There are people in the department who work for 100%.”

Rountree has won nine of his 15 fights in the UFC, and his five-match winning streak finally won his first shot at the 34-year-old.

He continued: “There may be a possibility of this event, this move, this technique. It may be. Yes. I mean, am I hunting it? No.

His “secret moves” give fans another reason to watch the title fight this weekend, but it’s hard to see the Brazilian when Alex Pereira is in the ring.
