Lionsgate revealed rafts of international sales transactions Hunger Games: Sunrise of the ReaperG, The sixth upcoming episode of the company’s $3.3 billion gross franchise.
International distribution partners aiming for releases around the world on November 20th, 2026 include Leonin (Germany), Metropolitan Film (France), Notileas (Italy), Nordisk (Scandinavia), Berga (Venerax), Forum (East Europe and Israel), Ascott Elite (Switzerland), Pris (Portagar), Ascott Elite (Portugal), and Ascott Elite. A joint venture with (Greece), BG Filmcilik (Türkiye), ACME (Baltics), Myndform (Iceland), IDC and Lionsgate (Latin America).
Reporting ongoing negotiations in additional markets, Lionsgate will release films in North America and the UK.
Most international buyers also processed the 2023 installments Hunger Games: Songbird and Snake Balladand since the franchise began in 2012, several have been involved.
Based on the latest entries in a series of novels by Suzanne Collins, Sunrise of the harvest Currently a pre-production company, directed by Francis Lawrence from the adaptation of the script by Billy Ray. Produced by Color Force’s Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson, Cameron MacConomy is an executive producer.
The cast includes Glenn Close, Kieran Culkin, Elle Fanning, Ralph Fiennes, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Maya Hawk, Jesse Premons, Billy Porter and Lili Taylor.
