Miss Jamaica’s injury update: What happened to her after the fall
As of this writing, Gabriel is still hospitalized. Her sister, Dr. Phylicia Henry Samuels, told the Miss Universe Jamaica Organization on November 21, 2025 that the model is “not doing as well as we had hoped, but the hospital is continuing to treat her accordingly.” new york postGabriel will likely be hospitalized for at least another week.

Raul Rochasaid the Miss Jamaica team in a statement shared on Instagram on November 24. “Out of respect for Dr. Henry and her family, we maintain strict discretion regarding the specific details of her medical condition. We believe that matters relating to her health should be communicated only at appropriate times and at the discretion of the family, or, if Dr. Henry so chooses, at her own discretion.”
When will Miss Jamaica Gabrielle Henry be discharged from the hospital?
The group’s president added in a statement on Nov. 24 that Dr. Gabriel is in “good health and is close to being discharged from the hospital.” Therefore, Gabriel must be discharged from the hospital immediately.
The Miss Universe organization has confirmed that it will cover all of Gabrielle’s medical expenses.
