Typical I died in the daytime The match is already packed with enthusiastic action, but when you double the amount of survivors and murderers and crush them onto a map, things go into the wilderness. The beloved DBD 2V8 mode is back a few days later for a third installment, but Behavior Interactive has confirmed that it comes with a great new feature that will alleviate one of its biggest complaints. To ensure that queuing as a murderer does not mess with your thumb, the action adds the ability to play games as a survivor while waiting for your chance of killing.
Update 9.1.2 just died in the daytime and can be enough to straighten out a horror game. Blood Rush Park has been enabled again after the kill was switched earlier this month. The fog vials have been reconditioned to have a maximum of two charges, with many bug fixes. All the details are important in games like DBD.
However, the patch notes also feature many changes that will reach 2v8 ahead of the return of limited time mode next week. We’ll soon dive into gameplay adjustments, but first I’d like to highlight the fact that we can play games as survivors while waiting for a long normal killer queue time. Knowing that things can get even worse when lined up with friends, the action will allow both you to win the same survivor game while you wait. This is so much news, meaning you’ll be sitting on the menu less and playing longer.
A change in the 2v8 return balance is also underway. Mode’s bespoke shadow and Fugitive class both have some positive tweaks, and there is a considerable rework in Legion’s innate skills. Guide skills that all survivors know have also been overhauled. The biggest change is that you can set a temporary trap on the generator that triggers if the killer attempts to damage it.
Three new maps have also been added to the pool: Treatment Theatre, Smashed Square and Greenville Square. This is the third time the 2V8 has appeared in DBD, and with these changes, it should still be the best version. You won’t get bored from your heart anymore with Killer Queue, haza!
Dead by Daylight’s 2V8 mode will return to the game on Tuesday, August 19th, but update 9.1.2 is live now. If you want to pour all the details, you can read the official patch notes here.
