Newly formed Radial Entertainment appoints four to new positions

Global Distribution Platform Radial Entertainment has appointed four executives from FilmRise and Shout! Studio operation for new positions.

The appointment follows the formation of the radial earlier this month when US alternative investment company Oaktree Capital Management acquired US distributor Filmrise and merged with Shout!

David Buoymaster, formerly SVP of Corporate Strategy and Finance at Filmrise, has become Chief Financial Officer of Radial. Johnny Holden, formerly Chief Strategy Officer and CFO of Filmrise, will serve as Radial’s Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer. Dave McIntosh, Sout! Become Radial’s EVP Content and Business Affairs as a Business and Legal EVP and Content License and Strategy SVP. And before that, Shount! Max Pinigin, Chief Financial Officer of the company, won the same title with Radial.
