I’m always looking for a logriquez under the radar and I just found it. Focusing on building an overwhelming dice combo, Rollscape Since 2024, I’ve been quietly enjoying my time on Steam. But now there’s a third major update. So, if you’re looking for a new Roguelike, Rollscape is definitely for you.
Lollscape is everything about your score. Start with a limited number of dice rolls and drop each drop tile onto the floor to give you a point. You can then spend these points to upgrade your tiles, strengthen future rolls, and climb as much as possible. But like the best Roguelike games, there are synergies to unlock and options to shape their strategies. If you make the wrong thing and run out of rolls, it’s time to start from scratch.
If it intrigues you just as much as I do, I have great news. Developer Leonardo Zavinci has just dropped the third major update for Rollscape, and will completely convert how you play. First of all, there are plenty of new metaprocessing with large reward trees, mechanics and ideas that will help you get through the game. There are also over 50 game modifiers to collect. All of these change not just how you win, but how you play in the first place.
You can also unlock a lot of new dice, like the D20. The D20 can have a big impact on how you try to roll and the game. You will also find new locations and artifacts as you progress. This offers tough decisions and certain bonuses. In other words, synergies can take many new forms.
There are also new trials with Logelight Adventure features and even Battle Pass (although Leonardo Za Vinci emphasizes that there are no microtransactions). There are also some completely new game mechanics that have the effect of dice and tile skin loads, and Leonardo the Vinkie is careful not to ruin it. If you want to remove the pressure, you can also try Free Play mode.
If you can hear a lot of that, that’s right. Lollscape is expanded from scratch to feature avalanches of new content, burnt into the core experience or available as a side addition.
Leonardo the Vinci has released a new Rollscape update along with a 30% off sale, allowing you to pay $5.59/£4.68 until Saturday, April 19th. Just go here.
There are also some of the best puzzle games and relaxing games if you want more.
