The Department of Defense (DOD) will not participate in think tank events as it will conduct a “full review” of events that the Pentagon can participate in.
“To ensure that the Department of Defense does not lend its name and credibility to organizations, forums and events that are contrary to the values of this administration, the Department of Public Affairs will conduct a thorough review of all events that are invited to participate in.”
