Princess Diana When she got engaged to Charles at the time, she was just a young school teacher (now Charles III) 1981. At 20, she stepped into the spotlight as Princess of Wales. As a royal family, she became known for her fresh, fashionable style and dedication, and was loved by many.
She’s likely to have two children, Prince William and Prince Harryand although I’m with Charles, the couple’s relationship became tense. They separated in 1992 and officially divorced in 1996. Tragically, Diana died in a car accident the following year, August 1997. She was only 36 years old.
