A California-licensed semi-truck driver has been arrested and police say the big rig he was driving crashed into a car, killing a 29-year-old man in Washington on Thursday.

Kamalpreet Singh, 25, remained in custody Friday in King County, Washington, where he is charged with vehicular homicide, according to jail records.
