Do you think zombies and mutant monsters in Resident Evil are scary? Major new updates for reverse horror games Haunted deck Summon the harsh Grim Reaper. This creepy deck builder will cast you as a haunted house, but you can introduce all these interfering ghost hunters to the literal embodiment of death roaming your hall. At least you can if you prove that you are evil enough.
If you’re not playing an invaded deck, you missed a real treat. This is the game we’ve been hoping for since we stepped out the doors of the Spencer Mansion in Resident Evil. This is a horror card game where you are the haunted house itself, giving all sorts of sadness to those who seduce the door.
Currently, Deck of Haunts has received a massive new nightmare update that adds new Ultraficult nightmare mode and new trap cards, among other features. But the coolest feature is that you can summon a complete death with a robe and a sickle to slaughter visitors. You can’t get any more metals.
Certainly, it seems to make the haunting deck very unbalanced, but there are some catches. First, you can only unlock it in Nightmare mode (after which you can use him in normal gameplay). Secondly, you need to acquire 13 souls by killing visitors or driving like crazy.
But trust us, it will be worth the effort. Some are persistent and beelined for the vulnerable minds of mansions, while dispatching self-righteous paranormal investigators will never get old.
This update will drop naturally on Friday the 13th, adding new crypto rooms, new character traits, and increasing the level cap for the apartment complex from 10 to 12. Host bug fixes and tweaks with patch note developer Mantis details.
The Deck of Haunts Nightmare update is currently live. The game is currently 20% off on Steam, which is $15.99/£13.40.
